Edward F. Patch

A founding partner with the law firm of Patch, FitzGerald & Ward.  Attorney graduated from Bowdoin College in 1972 and from New England School of Law (J.D. magna cum laude) in 1987.  Attorney Patch served as the lead Articles Editor for the prominent New England Law Review from 1986-1987.

Attorney Patch has authored several articles, including:  Addressing Computer Crime:  The Problems with Comprehensive New Criminal Statutes. The Advantages to a Multifaceted Approach, 21 New England Law Review 759 (1986), and Workers’ Compensation:  The Role of Employee Fault In Determining Compensability, 30 New Hampshire Bar Journal 31 (1988).

By appointment of the Governor of New Hampshire, he serves as Chair of the Civil Penalty Appeals Board of the New Hampshire Department of Labor.  Attorney Patch has served as an instructor for courses in workers’ compensation for various professional groups.  He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar.

Attorney Patch retired from the active practice of law effective June 30, 2013.
